Job Description
Position Purpose |
To coordinate recruiting activities across all Move One offices in West Africa . |
Responsibilities/ Duties / Function Tasks |
Coordinate all phases of recruiting process for external and internal placement. |
Sourcing: Research and recommend sources for active and passive candidate identification (Job posting/boards; LinkedIn; Networking, etc.) |
Prescreening: Schedule telephone and/or face to face interviews to pre-screen candidates based on key qualifications identified by the hiring manager. |
Interview Schedule: Create and coordinate interview schedule between the short listed candidates and selection team |
Reference checks: Collect professional and educational references from candidates |
Job Offer: Prepare job offer/contract and related documents for selected candidate |
New starter preparation: Assist hiring manager in coordinating set-up for new employee |
Onboarding: Execute new employee orientation program on first day/week for new hires |
Effectively and efficiently execute the recruiting process to meet define required cycle time defined by Corporate HR. |
Skills
4 year University Degree |
Minimum of 3 years successfully managing entire recruitment process |
Ability to build consensus and sell ideas |
Strong interest in learning and growing as Recruitment professional |
French native speaker with strong English language skills (speaking, writing and reading) |
Willingness to travel to the offices in West Africa as needed. |
