Position Purpose
Oversee and manage all elements of the Move One's client dedicated warehouse, and to ensure its efficient
Responsibilities/ Functions Tasks / Duties
Understand clients warehouse operations process flow and quality expectations through regular training.
Continuously train full time and part time warehouse staff in conjunction with clients’ operations process flow.
Plan, organize, implement and control operations within the warehouse in conjunction with client’s operations.
Daily review of active job details and related quote in order to identify opportunities for extra revenue and ad Meet client’s key performance indicators (KPI's) and initiate corrective actions when/where needed.
Schedule daily activities of inbound / outbound supervisors and warehouse staff Schedule part time staff working hours and overtime approvals
Monitor and improve staff productivity throughout all warehousing activities: receiving, piece level handling, Ensure the proper staff, facilities/warehousing, uniforms, vehicles and services are in place in order to execute Ensure the health and safety requirements are developed, mirrored (from HQ) and managed, including MHE tr Perform regular checks on warehouse facilities and equipment/vehicle integrity.
Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience working for or within an International Organization is essential
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor handling fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) Experience with training, scheduling and planning staff for daily warehouse operations
Experience performing under KPI's and managing corrective actions to continuously meet clients KPI's Experience working on warehouse management systems
