Position Purpose
The Team Leader is a member of the immigration team having a leading and integration role as well as being main escalation point of contact for assigned accounts
Responsibilities / Functions Tasks / Duties
Received Work Order from Client and assign to Coordinator/Consultant.
Implement company strategy the team will use to reach the company’s goals.
Implement internal communication protocol with the team and adapt it to the specific account requirements.
Provide guidance and direction to the team.
Motivate team to achieve company goals.
Provide training that team members need to perform successfully.
Produce weekly/monthly reports/metrics to update company on team’s progress.
Closely monitor sensitive cases and address challenges.
Being main point of contact for escalations related to dedicated account.
Ensuring proper communication protocol for each account and implementing it with the team
Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
Attestation of documents with the proper seal/signature on behalf of Move One Attestation of documents
Standardization of official letters addressed to the Polish authorities and Powers of Attorney.
Skills
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and self-starter with strong commitment to succeed
Analytical skills.
In depth knowledge of local immigration /labor regulation is a must (minimum 3 years of experience).
Sophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients and staff, at all levels).
Supervising and managing skills.
Strong organizational skills.
