| Position Purpose |
| The Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operations in Uzbekistan with specific responsibility for the operation and administration. |
| Responsibilities / Duties / Functions Tasks |
| Manage daily activities of the all products operations to ensure quality service delivery to clients and transferees, including monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and related metrics. |
| Profit and Loss results accountability and responsibility. |
| Ensure effective and efficient use of resources, adhering to both metrics, costings and controls. |
| Coordinating AR and AP, funding request, sending weekly financial report, administrative tasks when required and review of accounting reports. |
| Ensure team members are well trained and have the tools and resources needed to perform their responsibilities. |
| Ensure team members maintain current, accurate and complete information regarding client policy, service partners/suppliers, service metrics, billing, reporting and expectations. |
| Ensure effective implementation of processes to identify financial exposure and make sound decisions to eliminate/minimize risk. |
| Provide consistent and timely communication to all involved parties regarding team metrics and results. |
| Participate in prospective client pursuits, including, RFP responses and implementation projects. |
Skills
| University degree or equivalent preferable. |
| Minimum of 3 years experience within HRM or Relocation industry, moving and logistics industry is advantage . |
| Knowledge of local immigration regulations in Uzbekistan |
| Experience supervising/managing a staff (minimum 3 years) |
| Outstanding English and Russian language (written and spoken) |
| Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with web-based applications. |
| At ease working in a fast-paced environment |
| Must possess good analytical skills and be detailed oriented. |
| Experience working at a senior level in multi-national organization |
| Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence |
| Work Requirement |
| A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required |
| Must be in good physical condition and be able to work long hours and perform a wide range of physical work |
