Job Description

Position Purpose
The purpose of the role is to manage recruiting activities across all Move One offices in Poland (Warsaw, Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw). Partner with employees and managers to communicate, implement and interpret HR and business policies and procedures.  Responsible for overseeing daily staffing operations. 
 
Responsibilities / Duties / Functions Tasks
Sourcing: Research and recommend sources for active and passive candidate identification (Job posting/boards; LinkedIn; Networking, etc.).
Pre-screen candidates based on key qualifications identified by the hiring manager.
Prepare job offer/contract and related documents for selected candidate.
New starter preparation: Assist hiring manager in coordinating set-up for new employee
On boarding: Execute new employee orientation program.
Effectively and efficiently execute the recruiting process to meet define required cycle time . 
Develop and implement College Recruiting /Internship Program with local Colleges and Universities.
Will be responsible for recruiting candidates for Move One's Fortune 500 International clients. 
Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all HR policies and programs such as: hiring issues, terminations, performance issues, leave of absence, general employee inquiries, etc. 
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and training to employees on the Performance Management cycle
Conduct investigations and manage the disciplinary process as required, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion for the business in all cases. 
Support all HR administration such as; employee payroll & benefits, salary revisions, promotions maintenance of employee information, records and files and timely, accurate and effective reporting to senior management on HR related issues.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. 
Minimum of 5 years successfully managing Recruitment and Human Resources Generalist role. 
Experience within service industry. 
Polish native speaker with strong English language skills (speaking, writing and reading)
Willingness to travel to the offices in Poland as needed.
