Client Relations Manager

Job Description

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for driving new business growth for Move One’s relocation and moving services. The role focuses on developing corporate client relationships, securing approved vendor status, and leading tender and proposal activity from opportunity identification through contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identify and engage prospective corporate clients requiring relocation and moving services.
  • Present Move One’s service offering and value proposition to secure approved vendor status.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and service alignment.

Tender & Proposal Management

  • Lead end-to-end tender, RFP, and bid processes for relocation and moving services.
  • Drive proposal strategy, draft written submissions, and coordinate internal inputs.
  • Collect, manage, and validate all required tender documentation, pricing inputs, and compliance materials.
  • Own tender timelines and deadlines, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Coordinate post-submission clarifications, negotiations, and award follow-ups.

Account Oversight & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for cross-selling or service expansion.

Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Track sales pipeline, tender activity, and win rates.
  • Capture client and tender feedback to support continuous improvement of proposals and sales approach.

Skills

  • Strong commercial mindset, with hands-on experience managing tenders, RFPs, and proposals.
  • Experience in business development, client management, or sales; background in relocation, global mobility, logistics, or professional services is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling submissions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of corporate procurement processes and vendor onboarding requirements.
