Job Description
- Process customer and vendor invoices accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Review invoices, verify costs, and perform internal control checks.
- Record bank and petty cash transactions and perform reconciliations.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, employee advances, prepayments, accruals, and operational expenses.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Liaise with auditors, accountants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide finance support across multiple countries and assist with other finance-related duties as required.
Skills Description
- 3–5 years' experience in accounting or finance, including accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end close, and general ledger accounting.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection; home office setup required.
- Flexible to support month-end, year-end, and multiple time zones.
