| Position Purpose |
| Reporting to the Tender and Pricing Manager, the Pricing Coordinator is a key resource to support our Destination Relocations product. Working in close conjunction with our regional Relocations business heads and other functional areas within Move One, you will be instrumental in the development and execution of segment pricing strategies globally, covering all 43 Move One offices and encompassing 23 countries. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the preparation of responses to RFP proposals, the provision of ad hoc rates for supplementary services as and when requested by Key Accounts and to undertake periodic cost analyses, providing a sound financial basis for the development of our various pricing strategies |

| Preparation of rate tables for RFPs and proposals based on a comprehensive understanding of the standard content of immigration and destination services, as well as the possible variations from standard procedures |
| Perform detailed review and analysis of RFP to identify and interpret pricing requirements in order to develop price models |
| Work closely with management team members to understand the requirements relevant to pricing proposals and assist with the development of pricing strategies |
| Collect, analyze and document all data necessary to prepare price models to include labour, materials, subcontracted services, etc. |
| Develop competitive analysis utilizing available tools and databases |
| Lead pricing discussions and present pricing data to senior management |
| Maintain a well organized archive of all data related to pricing for destination services including rate sheets and signed agreements |
| Establish & maintain a structured database for current and subsequent costs & tariffs related to pricing for destination services including rate sheets and signed agreements |
Skills
| College/University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Cost Accounting or related discipline |
| 2+ years experience as Pricing Analyst performing competitive analysis utilizing excel & other modeling tools for analytics |
| Strong analytical skills and demonstrable understanding of price proposal requirements |
| Strong pricing/financial background and ability to solve analytical problems though data analytics |
| Familiarity with various contract pricing types and solid expertise in understanding the advantages/disadvantages for each (Ex. Cost-plus; Cost-plus incentive fee, etc) |
| Work experience in a customer-focused environment an advantage |
