Job Description
Plan and carry active business development with new and existing agent accounts Maintain and regular update the database in V3
Carry out market research, analysis on the volume and market share Active calling with target of above 100 phone calls per week Reaching the predefined KPI’s
Racing the quartile percentage revenue (Q1-15%; Q2-20%; Q3-35%; Q4-30%)
Follow ups on the most potential opportunities and escalate as much as possible when there is a lack on operational support
Reporting of minimum 20-25 feed backs per week Reporting on weekly development and key issues Develop New markets
Maintain close cooperation with quoting department and other operational teams Completing the targets given by the Manager
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
