Job Description
Position Purpose
| The Move One Global Administrator is a resource for administrative support to the Global Relocation Team. |
| What will you do on a regular basis |
| Receipt and coordination of all new Relocation initiations, opening jobs, allocating coordinators, keeping updated records for new files, notifying relevant staff from Move One and RMC - for all Relocation offices |
| Updating of multiple online platforms/portals of RMCs |
| Receipt/coordination of RMC queries on all Relo - specific mailboxes |
| Collaboration with accounting for setting-up Relo - related billing entities |
| Tracking coordinators' job volume and preparing monthly job volume reports |
| Receipt and allocation of all Relocation-related queries |
| Keeping organized database of billing information; intermediary between accounting/coordinators/IT |
| Supporting coordinators on any administrative/invoicing issues |
| Updating the internal database with partner/client/assignee records |
| Completing client forms and reports based on the available data in internal database; |
| Assigning and Monitoring expiration dates in internal systems and updating coordinators on alerts; |
| Generating service/cost related reports |
| Generating custom reports on service data as per request of the Regional Managers or Product Manager (monthly job volume report, client/account reports, revenue reports, cost savings reports, other reports as may be needed) |
| Assisting with various relocation service projects, research, and destination information and storage; |
| Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. |
| Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers. |
Skills Description
| University degree |
| Excellent English skills (verbal and written) Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence. |
| Work experience on a similar position in International company would be advantage |
| Advanced computer skills and good knowledge of Excel is required |
| Good organizational and time management skills |
| Strong accuracy and excellent attention to details |
| Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision; |
| Sophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients and staff, at all levels) Ability to work well with employees from diverse cultures |
