Position Purpose
Develop, Implement and Manage all HR processes across Middle East & Central Asia (Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Mobility Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Staffing & Placement and Management Training & Development) |
Responsibilities / Duties / Functions Tasks |
Collaborate with business leaders to diagnose and identify HR plans needed to implement and maintain organization efficiency and effectiveness. |
Ensure Move One HR policies with each countries labor laws and practices |
Manage employee relations concerns, adhering to Move One HR policies and guidelines. |
Partner with managers to actively manage headcount metrics, targets and budget. |
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. |
Provide guidance and training to employees on the Performance Management cycle |
Conduct investigations and manage the disciplinary process as required, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion for the business in all cases. |
Proficiency in using HR Information System. |
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills. |
Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. |
Minimum of 10 years successfully managing Human Resources operations. |
At least 5 years in managerial capacity . |
Ability to interpret labor laws and adapt to Move One business strategy |
Demonstrated ability to define HR strategy and carry through to execution. |
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and mange conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. |
