Position Purpose
| Develop, Implement and Manage all HR processes across Middle East & Central Asia (Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Mobility Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Staffing & Placement and Management Training & Development) |
| Responsibilities / Duties / Functions Tasks |
| Collaborate with business leaders to diagnose and identify HR plans needed to implement and maintain organization efficiency and effectiveness. |
| Ensure Move One HR policies with each countries labor laws and practices |
| Manage employee relations concerns, adhering to Move One HR policies and guidelines. |
| Partner with managers to actively manage headcount metrics, targets and budget. |
| Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. |
| Provide guidance and training to employees on the Performance Management cycle |
| Conduct investigations and manage the disciplinary process as required, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion for the business in all cases. |
| Proficiency in using HR Information System. |
| Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills. |
Skills
| Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. |
| Minimum of 10 years successfully managing Human Resources operations. |
| At least 5 years in managerial capacity . |
| Ability to interpret labor laws and adapt to Move One business strategy |
| Demonstrated ability to define HR strategy and carry through to execution. |
| Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and mange conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. |
