Relocation Consultant - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Position Overview

The Relocation Consultant is responsible for managing and delivering relocation services for assignees and clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition throughout the relocation journey across all serviced locations within the region. This role involves overseeing the full relocation lifecycle, from planning and coordination to on-the-ground execution, while providing exceptional support and guidance to assignees and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Relocation Management & Service Delivery

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end relocation services, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and post-assignment support.
• Personally accompany assignees during home searches, school visits, city orientations, and settling-in activities.
• Conduct needs assessments to develop tailored relocation plans that align with client and assignee requirements.
• Ensure services are fully executed and delivered to the highest standards, taking ownership of successful outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with immigration and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service delivery.

Service Quality & Client Experience

• Deliver relocation services in accordance with client expectations, contractual obligations, and company standards.
• Maintain proactive communication with assignees, clients, and stakeholders throughout the relocation process.
• Keep accurate records, documentation, and system updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Work closely with approved vendors, landlords, real estate agents, schools, and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance and address service issues promptly to maintain quality standards.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare status reports and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and data protection requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.

Additional Responsibilities

• Represent the company during accompanied services, orientations, and client interactions.
• Stay informed about local housing markets, schooling options, community resources, and cultural trends.
• Provide practical guidance and support to assignees and their families throughout their relocation experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in relocation services, global mobility, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of expatriate housing markets, schooling options, and local relocation processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent follow-through and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with relocation management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
