Job Description

Role Overview
The UAE & GCC Operations Strategist will support the Company with navigating UAE operational requirements and administrative processes, including hiring-related compliance alignment, entity-related needs, and supporting Arabic-language coordination across the GCC region. The role will assist internal stakeholders by providing practical guidance, coordination support, and documentation follow-up to ensure the smooth execution of UAE and regional operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Company in navigating UAE operational and administrative processes, including hiring-related documentation requirements and government system coordination.
* Provide ongoing support related to local compliance alignment, including general Emiratization-related administrative requirements.
* Assist with entity-related operational set-up needs, including documentation coordination tied to registrations, renewals, and classification requirements (as needed).
* Support internal coordination related to leasing office space, including gathering required documents and supporting the process per relevant entity requirements.
* Provide Arabic-language support across UAE and GCC interactions, including translation support, drafting basic correspondence, and helping interpret official or vendor communications.
* Assist in identifying practical solutions for common UAE/GCC operational challenges, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion of actions.
* Maintain clear trackers, status updates, and documentation logs to support internal follow-up and compliance recordkeeping.

Relocation & Mobility Support (As Needed)
* Assist with reviewing and providing practical feedback on lease agreements for assignees supported by the Relocation division (non-legal guidance).
* Support immigration coordination activities (non-advisory), including document checklists, process tracking, and basic guidance on typical requirements and timelines.
* Coordinate with internal teams or external parties on relocation-related administrative follow-ups when Arabic language support is beneficial.

Skills

  • UAE National (Emirati) with valid documentation
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources,
  • Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documentation responsibly
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a support-focused role across multiple teams
