Position Purpose
The Sales Representative will be a key member of the mobility team and will serve as the primary point of contact with potential and existing clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales activities in assigned accounts and ensuring the quality and consistency of Move One's product and service delivery.
Responsibilities / Duties / Functions Tasks

Identify and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities. |
Seek out opportunities to increase business in all service areas. |
Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts. |
Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients. |
Help develop and submit professional, clear, and effective proposals for current and prospective customers. |
Provide a consistently high level of service to Move One customers regarding the entire process of relocation, freight rates, service levels, schedule information, and customer inquiries and complaints. |
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups. |
Identify and resolve client concerns. |
Stay up-to-date on new product and service opportunities, special developments, market conditions, competitors' activities, and advertising and promotional trends through personal connections and by reading pertinent literature. |
Communicate new opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through networking activities to appropriate company staff. |
Participate in sales meetings and networking events, both during and outside of core business hours. |
Stay current on customer and industry trends. |
Understand competitor strategies, capabilities, and pricing to position Move One advantageously. |
Develop and present value-based proposals, turn customer interest into actions that "close the deal," and ensure the process and quality of customer documentation. |
Skills
University graduate or equivalent preferred.
Fluent in English.
Minimum of two years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
Moving, relocations, or logistics industry knowledge/experience preferred (2-5 years).
PowerPoint presentation experience mandatory.
Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
Professional image with polished presentation skills.
Mature, credible, and comfortable dealing with all levels within an organization.
Reliable, tolerant, and determined.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly competitive.
Demonstrated success in building revenue in prior sales positions and familiarity with the regional market in the corporate relocation and moving industry desired.
Strong personal and professional presentation styles.
Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
